Permits Filed for 7-Story Residential Building in Tremont
Permits have just been filed for a 7-story, residential development at 1962 Anthony Avenue in the Bronx's Tremont neighborhood. Developed by 1962A LLC, the building would contain rental apartments. Plans also call for a cellar and open parking spaces. Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. An existing 3-story residential structure would have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
