Building permits have just been filed for an 8-story, residential development, at 1970 Crotona Avenue in the Tremont neighborhood of the Bronx. Developed and built by , the building will contain rental apartments. Plans also call for a cellar level, a rear yard, and both an open parking area and enclosed garage, with enough room for vehicles combined.
Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. Demolition at the site is already complete.
