Permits Filed for Residential Project in Fort Greene
Permits have just been filed for an 18-story, residential development at 27 Rockwell Place in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. Developed by 19 Rockwell Place LLC, the building would contain 147 residential units. Plans also call for a cellar level and an enclosed parking garage with enough room for 29 vehicles. Designed by DJLU Architects P.C., the structure would stand 184 feet tall and total over 100,000 square feet. An existing 3-story commercial building would have to be demolished in order to make way for the new development.
