350 Park Avenue Update 04/17/24

Plans Announced for Tremendous Office Tower in Midtown

New renderings and updated plans have been announced for a 62-story, supertall skyscraper, proposed at 350 Park Avenue in Manhattan's Midtown East neighborhood.

Jointly developed by Vornado Realty Trust and Rudin Management along with hedge fund, Citadel LLC, this massive structure would contain approximately 1.8 million square feet of office space. Plans also call for a 12,500 square foot, public concourse.

Designed by Foster + Partners, it would become one of the tallest buildings in all of New York City, standing 1,600 feet tall.

The project is expected to begin the public review process in early 2025, and if approved, the building would ultimately be completed sometime in 2032. The new tower would replace three existing high-rise structures, with the properties to be combined and rezoned to form the project site.
