Plans Filed With the BPDA for Proposed Mixed-Use Building
Patrick Mahoney, of Charlestown-based, All Saints Development, has filed plans with the BDPA for the proposed mixed-use building at 200 Old Colony Ave in South Boston.The proposed building would be a six-story structure, with one- to three-bedroom units on the top five floors and at least 26 garage parking spaces. Seventeen percent of the units would be designated as affordable. The developer would donate the 9,500 square-feet of first-floor space to the adult education nonprofit that currently uses the building.
