Plumbing Work Begins on 15 Necco in Seaport
American Plumbing and Heating has pulled a $5 million plumbing permit for 15 Necco Street in the Seaport as construction begins. The upcoming 300,000 SF life science/office building is planned to be LEED Gold, Fitwell and Well Building certified, and will include state-of-the-art resiliency and sustainability features.
