Pre-Application Filed for Second Phase at Alexan Kendall Apartments
Developer Trammel Crow Residential has filed a pre-application for a second phase at Alexan Kendall, a planned residential development in the Kendall Town Center. The first phase is under construction. The plans for the second phase include 224 studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments ranging from 628 to 1,297 square feet in three six-story buildings. Upon completion, the development will include 622 apartments spread out over 20 acres. Additionally, the plans include 953 parking spaces, a pool, dog park and a residential clubhouse. Completion of the first phase is expected in Summer 2024.
