Progress Underway at 9th and W
Progress is underway at the multifamily building at 9th and W, currently working on the slab edge detailing.
When finished, the building will feature 312 residential apartment units and about 5,000 square feet of retail space.
The site is owned by Howard University and the developers entered into a ground lease.
