Proposed 46 Story Tower in Providence Approved by Court
The Rhode Island Superior Court issued a ruling approving the proposed Hope Point Tower, allowing the project to move forward in development. Developer Jason Fane and The Fane Organization proposed a 46-story luxury high rise in Downcity Providence in 2016.
The project will cost an estimated $300,000,000 and feature a 6-story podium with a parking garage and ground-level retail.
