Proposed 8-Story Multifamily Development Planned for 1.59 Acre Lot Miami, Fl
Developers have proposed an 8-story residential building to be built at 12615 Arch Creek Road and 1486 NE 127th Street in Miami-Dade County. The coordinates feature two contiguous vacant lots, totaling 1.6 acres (or 69,432 square feet).
Plans for Pinnacle @ Arch Creek Station include 239 rental apartment units with studio - 3 bedroom layout plans. The building will also offer amenities such as a pool, fitness center, dog park, resident lounge and an integrated 3-story parking garage. Other project attributes will consist of an enhanced on-site stormwater retention and100% Florida native landscaping and trees.
The construction period is expected to take 18 months and will offer 957 short-term direct and indirect construction jobs.
