Redevelopment of Mount Auburn Property Under Review
After closing on the property at 705 Mount Auburn Street in Watertown in September for $307M, Spear Street Capital has now submitted plans for the redevelopment of the property and the neighboring building at 64 Grove Street. Plans for the Mount Auburn site call for improvements to the building plus a new addition that will feature over 480,000 square feet of office/lab/R&D space. The Grove Street proper will be transitioned to accommodate another 55,000+ square feet of Lab/R&D space.
