Renderings Revealed for Dual-Tower Rental Project in Weehawken
New renderings have been unveiled for a 15-story, dual-tower, residential building, going up at 100 Harbor Boulevard in the Lincoln Harbor neighborhood of Weehawken, New Jersey.
Developed by , and to be known as "Hoboken Point", the building will contain rental apartments, offered in a variety of configurations, ranging from studios to two bedrooms.
Boasting over 17,000 square feet of tenant amenities, Hoboken Point will feature a 5,200 square-foot, "Work Lab" coworking space, a multi-floor roof deck with a pool, a spa, a kitchen, a landscaped green space, lounge areas, and cabanas, a fitness center with a yoga studio, a game lounge with a sports simulator, a screening room with a library, a private dining lounge, a dog park, and a package room.
Built on the banks of the Hudson River, the development will also have a waterfront esplanade. Many units will boast spectacular views of the Manhattan skyline.
The building was designed by , and is serving as the general contractor. Work is now on the home stretch with the building's facade having been installed and interior finishing ongoing. The project is expected to complete within the next few months. Greystar is handling property management and leasing responsibilities.
