Renovations/Additional Units Approved for Brighton Senior Living Facility
Benchmark Senior Living has won approval for additional units within the assisted living/memory care facility at 50 Sutherland Road. The building, constructed in 1993, currently consists of 84 units and a child day care facility. Benchmark will add 10 assisted living units in the space being vacated by the daycare facility and 6 assisted living units in underutilized space on the ground floor. The project will also provide updates to the building’s common areas, create a deck for the memory care residents, and improve landscaping.
