Renovations Planned for Historic Kalorama Property
A permit has been pulled for renovations to the vacant historic hotel building at 2116 Kalorama Rd. NW. The IDI Group Companies acquired the property this past November for $4,100,000. The building will be converted to 28 1 & 2 bedroom apartments. A breezeway will also be added to allow for egress from the rear yard to the front of the building.
