Ribbon cut on 39 new affordable apartments in Jackson Square
A ribbon cutting ceremony was held last Saturday (May 20th, 2017) for 75 Amory Avenue, a new building in Jamaica Plain’s Jackson Square featuring 39 affordable, family-sized apartment residences located steps to the MBTA Orange Line. Guests at the ceremony included Mayor Martin J. Walsh, City Councillor Matt O’Malley and Representative Jeffery Sanchez. Apartments at 75 Amory Avenue feature high-quality construction, brand-new appliances and large floor plans well-suited for the growing family; all apartments will be designated affordable and rented to households earning no more than 60% of Area Median income (AMI).
