Site Plan Filed for Westshore Mixed-Use Development
Developer Ally Capital Group has submitted the site plan for the rezoning application for 1515 North Westshore, a mixed-use development in Tampa’s Westshore District. The site has been zoned for office and developers are requesting a rezoning to residential. The building that was on the site has been demolished and the land has been cleared. The proposed apartment community, with a 7,000-square-foot restaurant, would rise on the site of the former AAA building. The apartments would be contained in two 14-story buildings, with a six-story parking garage with 718 parking spaces between them. The ground floor restaurant, which would feature a 1,932-square-foot patio, would front Westshore.
