Predevelopment Site Work Begins on 10 World Trade in Seaport
Initial sitework and soil testing has begun on 10 World Trade in Boston's Seaport. Boston Global Investors submitted plans for a new Class A office/lab 17-story tower with two floors of publicly accessible programmed space. The new building will include around 207,000 square feet of lab space along with 258,000 square feet of office. Construction is expected to begin towards end of 2021.
