Skybridge in Place for Jefferson at Malden Center
Framing is well underway and the sky bridge to connect the complex is now in place at Jefferson at Malden Center. The development includes 3 buildings to feature 320 apartments along with 30,000 square-feet of common/amenity space. Residents will have access to a fitness center, conference space, outdoor pool, and roof deck with Boston views. The project also includes 22,500 square-feet of ground-floor retail and a 45,000-square-foot office space that will serve as Malden's new City Hall.
Construction is expected to be complete in Fall 2019.
