Slate Finalizes $97M Refinancing Deal for The Yellowstone
Developer, , has just finalized a $97 million refinancing deal with Apollo Global Management, for a recently completed multifamily project, at 69-65 Yellowstone Boulevard in Forest Hills, Queens.
Known as "The Yellowstone", the 11-story, mixed-use building, contains rental apartments (including 50 affordable housing units), offered in one and two-bedroom configurations. It also features square feet of retail space, which will be occupied by a new Trader Joe's location, and a bank branch.
Tenant amenities include several lounges, a fitness center, a rooftop terrace, a sun deck, an outdoor co-working area, a package room, and a bicycle storage area. As for parking, an enclosed garage provides spaces for up to vehicles. Designed by , and built by , The Yellowstone stands feet tall and totals square feet. MNS Real Estate is currently handling leasing and marketing.
