Somerville Zoning Board Approves Clarendon Hill Redevelopment
The Somerville Zoning Board has approved the redevelopment of Clarendon Hill. The project will replace 216 existing public housing units with a newly constructed development consisting of 591 rental units within 4 buildings and 34 townhomes. Parking for the project will be provided in a combination of below-grade and on-street parking, a total of 369 spaces. A new public park will also be created as part of the development
