An LLC associated with New Boston Ventures has acquired 575 Albany Street in the South End for $6,662,500. Plans for the roughly 9,000-square-foot site call for 50 residential units with ground-floor retail space. The property is the last phase of the larger Harrison/Albany block development, with the luxury apartment buildings The Smith & The Smith No. 99 both complete.
