The River District Development In Miami Grants Approval From FAA for Second Tower
The second tower planned for condo units for Brickell's River District development was recently issued approval by the Federal Aviation Administration for the structure to rise 642 feet above ground.
The project will create a total of 4 million square feet of new construction across 4 different towers and will feature about 1,600 residences, Class A office space, 30,000 square feet of retail, a boat marina that can accommodate 60-foot vessels, and 2,000 covered parking spots.
The first office tower structure has already begun construction with the second tower hoping to start construction soon.
