TOCCI Welcomes Kevin McCarthy as Chief Operating Officer

Construction Management firm TOCCI announces the appointment of Kevin McCarthy as Chief Operating Officer. 

McCarthy brings over 30 years of dynamic construction experience having held roles from estimating to project management and President and CEO. He has been recognized as a strong leader throughout his career and held positions at reputable firms around the country, including Clark Construction, PC Construction and Suffolk.  McCarthy will work with TOCCI’s Executive team to

McCarthy’s experience in spearheading large scale, national projects will be critical to TOCCI’s growing portfolio. His expertise throughout public and private sectors is instrumental to the firm’s future endeavors. He will champion the firm in taking on broader execution of projects including expanding TOCCI’s Project Rescuesm program, diversifying TOCCI’s project portfolio, and increasing operational efficiency.

McCarthy earned a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth. He has deep interests in history, particularly the leadership methods of U.S Presidents and Army Generals. He is passionate about coaching, and actively invests time in his community through youth sports.
