Tower Topped off at Saltaire St. Petersburg
Ceco Concrete Construction has topped off the 35-story Saltaire in Downtown St. Petersburg.Saltaire will offer 192 condominiums, as well as 9,000 square feet of ground level retail space with an amenity deck on the seventh floor above the parking garage. The residential units will be two and three-bedroom with four penthouses. The residences have sold out a little over a year before the slated completion date of June 2023.
