Two New Infill Buildings Could Become Part of Crystal Tower Complex in Arlington
A proposal to build two new infill buildings to the Crystal Tower Community is under review. The first building will be a ten-story with penthouse multi-family residential building., which will replace a parking lot between the existing Crystal Flats and Crystal Towers buildings.
It would consist of 209 residences, with a variety of studio-to-three bedroom units. The second building will be a one-story retail building will replace a surface lot to the north of this site. It would feature a green roof.
The development is the latest in a string of projects coming to National Landing, sparked by Amazons HQ2.
