Utilities Deal Signed for 55-Story Miami Residential Tower
The developers of 710 Edge have signed a utilities deal. The utility agreement for the 55-story tower covers 100 residential units, a 30 unit increase from previously proposed plans. Additionally the utilities will cover 31,418 square feet of retail space.
The plans still call for the tower to rise 646 feet above ground, and will include a rooftop helipad and 193 parking spaces.
