Wesley Theological Seminary Planning 270K SF Dorm on NW DC Campus
Wesley Theological Seminary is planning to construct a 270,000-square-foot student dorm on their 8.7 acre Northwest DC campus. The school would sign a 99-year ground lease with Landmark Properties to construct the 690-bed dorm. However, given the relatively small size of Wesley's student body, a large portion of the dorm would be rented to students at American University.
