White Plains Rental Development Sells for $113M
A large residential building, located at 2 Canfield Avenue in White Plains, New York, has just been traded for $113 million. The 9-story structure was acquired by Friedkin Property Group from the previous owner, GID, in a deal brokered by CBRE.
Originally constructed in 2002, the building is managed by Bozzuto Management, and is known as "The Gramercy". It contains rental apartments, offered in one and two-bedroom sizes, and available in a variety of layouts.
The property has a wide range of tenant amenities, including a heated outdoor swimming pool with cabanas and grilling stations, a resident lounge, and a fitness center.
