Zoning Update for 77-63 Vleigh Place
Queens Community Board 8 has finished reviewing a zoning application that was submitted for a proposed, 8-story project, at 77-63 Vleigh Place in Kew Gardens, Queens. It has now been sent to the Borough President for further evaluation. The application requests map and text amendments for a mixed-use structure that would contain rental apartments and square feet of commercial space. Developed by VP Capital Holdings LLC, and designed by , the building would total square feet and stand feet tall. The Borough President will have 30 days to hold a hearing on the application and issue a recommendation to the City Planning Commission (CPC).
