All new transit-oriented mixed-use development project located adjacent to the Beverly Depot commuter rail station in the heart of Downtown Beverly. 

Holmes Beverly is a six-story, approximately 70,000 square foot building containing 67 residential rental apartments ranging from studios to two-bedrooms and approximately 4,500 square feet of ground-floor retail/commercial space. 

Resident amenities include a roof deck with sweeping views of Beverly Harbor. 

Up to 70 parking spaces will be reserved in the adjacent commuter rail parking garage; no new parking will be constructed on site.
