About 301-303 Border Street

East Boston, Boston, MA

Approved six-story mixed use building that will contain 64 residential condominiums and approximately 1,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space. Residential units will range from studios to three-bedrooms and will be configured as follows:


  • One studio

  • 17 one-bedroom/one study

  • 37 two-bedroom

  • 9 three-bedroom


About half of residential units will have private balconies. Resident amenities at 301-303 Border Street will include a fitness center and a common roof deck. A public ground-floor gallery will show an exhibit paying homage to East Boston's shipbuilding legacy. Ground-floor commercial space could house a yoga studio or juice bar.


A ground level interior parking facility will be built with 42 vehicle spaces, including several electric car charging stations. A total of 74 interior bicycle spaces will be located at 301-303 Border Street. Construction of 301-303 Border Street is expected to commence in Spring 2017, with expected completion in Fall 2018. The following are renderings of 301-303 Border Street:
