Residences would include 16 one-bedrooms and 28 two-bedrooms. It has not been determined whether residences would be marketed as apartments or condominiums. Six residences would be designated affordable. Select residences would feature French balconies, and other would feature private decks.

Both a communal terrace and smaller private roof decks would be located on the building’s roof. A gym and community room would be located in the building's basement, in addition to 48 garage parking spaces.

457-469A West Broadway is located convenient to multiple bus lines and the MBTA Red Line, surrounded by shops, cafes, and restaurants. Downtown Boston and the Seaport District are located a short drive or transit ride away.
