Proposed residential building featuring 46 condominium residences located steps from the 15.2-acre Boston Landing mixed-use development and commuter rail station. Residences would include 6 studios, 7 one-bedrooms, 7 one-bedroom-pluses, 22 two-bedrooms, 3 two-bedroom-pluses and 1 three-bedroom. Six residences would be designated affordable.
A number of 46 Hichborn Street residences would feature private exterior decks. 13 private roof decks would also be constructed, in addition to a large common roof deck with a rooftop pool. Additional amenities would include a yoga and fitness room, a community room, a gym and individual storage rooms.
50 garage parking spaces would be located in a lower and ground level interior parking facility. Bicycle storage would also be provided at 46 Hichborn Street. The building would be LEED-certifiable and incorporate sustainable features and green living materials.
Construction of 46 Hichborn Street is anticipated to commence in Spring 2018, with completion expected in Fall 2019.
