About BLDG 89

89 Brighton Avenue, Allston, Boston, MA


Approved mixed-use building featuring 129 apartment residences and 7,500 square feet of retail space in Boston's Allston neighborhood. Apartments will range from studios to two-bedrooms. 79 at-grade parking spaces and storage space for 138 bicycles will be located on site. A transit screen will be posted in BLDG 89's lobby showing arrival times for nearby public transit services, as well as real-time bikeshare, carshare and rideshare data. BLDG 89 will be located at the intersection of Brighton Avenue and Linden Street in the heart of Allston, steps to rapid transit and bus service as well as Boston University.
