About Smith House Renovation

Complete renovation of the existing 12-story, 132-unit Smith House affordable senior housing building located in Madison Park Village near Dudley Square. This project will preserve affordable housing in Dudley Square for years to come, thoroughly upgrading the building’s systems as well as modernizing living and common spaces with modern design features. Construction of the Smith House Renovation project by Dellbrook | JKS will commence in January 2017, with expected completion in April 2018.
