In addition, the service corridor flooring has been modified to be 24 x 24x2 pavers on stone dust in lieu of concrete slab on grade. A vestibule has been added to connect the proposed project and the existing AIPAC building and the door that connected the Fitness Center Egress Stairs with the service corridor has been eliminated. ¿A heater has been added to condition this AIPAC Connection Vestibule.
Permit Details: This is a revision to permit B1904902. This project includes changes made to the garage smoke exhaust systems based on comments and coordination with DDOT.
