It is strategically located, in an Opportunity Zone, directly across Riverdale Road from the Beacon Heights Station of the 16- mile Purple Line light rail line that will extend from Bethesda in Montgomery County, to Prince George’s County The Purple Line will provide a direct connection to the District, Maryland and Virginia Metrorail Red, Green and Orange lines at Bethesda, Silver Spring , College Park and New Carrollton and connects to MARC and Amtrak commuter rails and local and regional bus routes. Plans call for a total of 350 units, 250 of which will be affordable with ground floor retail.
