A 17-story, student housing building, set for 1393 York Avenue in Manhattan's Lenox Hill neighborhood. Developed by Weill Cornell Medical College, it will consist of new student residences, offered in studio, one, and two-bedroom configurations. These will house up to 272 students in total. The building will also feature a number of student amenities, including a fitness center with a yoga studio and a basketball court, a roof terrace, a multipurpose room, an outdoor garden, music practice rooms, various event spaces, and multiple lounges and study spaces. The structure will have 2 cellar levels, which will consist of the wellness amenities and building operations. The project site was previously occupied by The Church of the Epiphany.
