Cogswell Lee Development and Gluck+ (with the latter also serving as the architect) is building a 7-story, 45-unit condo building at the site of a former matzo factory on the Lower East Side of Manhattan. The developer purchased the factory site from its owners in 2015 for $31 million. Most of the apartments are already under contract, with prices ranging from $1.135 million for a one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit and going up to $2.885 million for a three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo, according to StreetEasy. The building is slated for completion in 2019.
