A 21-story, residential tower, set for 498 Sackett Street in Brooklyn's Gowanus neighborhood. Known as "Sackett Place", it comes as part of a two-building development. Located just across the street to the north, the other building is a 21-story tower, which will be known as "Society Brooklyn" (addressed as 267 Bond Street). *Note: BLDUP has a separate page for that building. Sackett Place (498 Sackett Street) will contain apartments, offered in one to three-bedroom configurations. A select amount of these units will be dedicated to affordable housing. Tenant amenities are to include a wellness center, an outdoor swimming pool, a roof terrace, and an expansive waterfront park. Plans also call for ground-floor retail space and 1,748 square feet of community facility space. The development will sit right alongside the Gowanus Canal.
