Founded in 2006 in Rochester, N.Y., by Norman Leenhouts and Amy and Robert Tait, Broadstone Real Estate is a full-service real estate company that serves as the sponsor of three investment offerings and manages commercial and residential properties across 42 states. Our lines of real estate management include:
- Broadstone Net Lease, Inc. – a publicly reporting, privately offered Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) that invests in freestanding, single-tenant, absolute net-leased properties located throughout the United States. Broadstone Net Lease, LLC, the REIT’s operating company, holds an investment grade credit rating (Baa3 with a stable outlook) from Moody’s. The REIT currently owns 621 healthcare, industrial, retail, and office properties in 42 states.
- Broadtree Residential, Inc. – a private Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) designed to provide Shareholders with predictable, tax-sheltered cash flow, and generate attractive total returns via investment in a diversified portfolio of multifamily apartment communities.
- Broadstone Real Estate Access Fund – a continuously offered, closed-end interval fund registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940 that deploys investor capital into a diversified pool of actively managed real estate holdings. Also known as an interval fund, this structure blends investments in direct, individual real estate transactions; private real estate funds; and public real estate securities. In turn, investors may benefit from the access and diversification afforded by the Fund, along with quarterly liquidity and daily pricing features.
