Bill Brennan and Rick Curry, the firms principles, have over 57 years of collective experience in Civil Engineering and Surveying. Both have worked for large engineering firms as well as smaller practices and each enjoy the business and personal relationships they develop with the clients over the course of a project or several projects. With over 20 years of experience in Land Planning and Landscape Architecture, and over 37 years of experience in surveying, our staff is exceptionally qualified. Additional staff experience includes over 22 years of engineering design and analysis, as well as 27 years of construction management knowledge. B & R Design’s experience is based in engineering, site planning, and surveying for development associated with municipal, county, and state projects, as well as private sector projects. We offer these and similar services for the quality engineering of civic and public work related projects. B & R Design’s office is located in downtown Frederick, Maryland, and serves the Mid-Atlantic region including Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania.
