Having conducted over 14,000 studies nationwide since our inception in 2002, we have had the privilege of assisting hundreds of clients with cost segregation and many other valuable solutions. Our project experience includes engagements on properties ranging from $350,000 to $1.4 billion, leasehold improvement projects less than 3,000 square feet to buildings in excess of 2 million square feet and everything from simple self-storage facilities to highly complex manufacturing plants.

Our technical staff is comprised of professional engineers (P.E.s), multidisciplinary engineers, architects, and construction professionals. Each has at least a four year related technical degree, with many holding advanced degrees. The Bedford team is highly qualified and relies on a true engineering-based methodology.
