Shortly after our founding, EDC was awarded the ongoing development and construction management of a premiere office and research park in southwestern Virginia that today houses over one million square feet in more than twenty-five buildings. Our work there continues today. We are consistently ranked as a Top 20 Construction Firm nationally, and we have put in place over 25 million square feet with an annual project value well in excess of $100 million.
