Depending upon a Client's specific needs, Sollitt offers a variety of customizable methods for delivery of project services.
Through our early involvement as a member of a strong, proactive project team, we help the Client develop project goals related to scope, budget, schedule, and level of quality. Consulting services include estimating, value engineering, constructability reviews, scheduling, site utilization and logistics, phasing analyses, and bid packaging recommendations. Services are provided on a custom basis as needed for a negotiated fee.
Based on a negotiated fee, Sollitt manages the construction process from initial planning to final completion. Sollitt functions either as the Owner's agent or performs "at-risk" for a guaranteed maximum price with Sollitt holding all trade contracts and assuming responsibility for timely delivery of the facility.
In concert with an architectural partner, Sollitt provides complete turn-key responsibility from initial concept to occupancy under a variety of contractual arrangements.
