Gill & Gill Architects provides distinguished full-scope architectural, planning, and interior design services to public, private, and municipal clients. Principals Harrison and Patricia Gill are graduates of the University of Virginia’s School of Architecture in Charlottesville, VA. The pair began collaborating on a variety of projects in and around New York City before founding their own practice in Norwalk, CT in the early 1990s.
The firm has long been known for award-winning and distinctive custom residential design. Notable projects also include historic preservation work, as well as subsidized housing for non-profits. In early 2009, Gill & Gill acquired the Stamford-based architectural firm Preiss/Breismeister P.C., where Mr. Gill had been a project manager for many years. Among Preiss/Breismeister’s most notable projects are the Putnam County Courthouse in NY, the Connecticut State Court House in Stamford, and many large residential developments throughout New York and Connecticut.
