Our unparalleled understanding of suburban retail space also allows us to fill a specialized niche by providing a complete range of property management services throughout Greater Boston. This expertise enables our clients to accrue the benefits of real estate ownership without the burden of day to day property management. We are able to provide an ownership experience that is similar to a paper investment.

Importantly, as a family business, we also understand the unique and sometimes sensitive issues associated with family ownership of real estate. This expertise includes dealing with the nuances of family transitions and multi-generational ownership issues.

Myer Dana and Sons’ extensive experience owning and managing over 600,000 square feet of retail space in the suburban real estate market makes us uniquely positioned as a landlord and property manager in Greater Boston. Whether you seek retail rental space or property management services we are here to help.

245 Elm Street
- Aug 18, 2019

Scape Signs 99-Year Land Lease for $9.755 Million British developer, Scape, has signed a 99-year land lease for 245 Elm Street in Somerville's Davis Square. The property features a 2 story 14,350 square foot brick building that was constructed in 1920.  The developer has yet to release any details on plans for the site, however, noted that the popular Irish pub, The Burren, would not be impacted by the recent lease. Scape specializes in developing privately-run dorms and has recently proposed it's first development in the U.S., a 15-story building on Boylston Street in the Fenway.
