Newkirk Engineering, Inc. was founded by Harry Newkirk in 2013. As a two person firm NEI provided land development engineering to private and local agencies. Since that time, NEI has grown to 6 employees and offers land development, roadway, drainage, utilities, landscape architecture, construction engineering inspection and traffic engineering services. Our rapid growth is a testament to our clients trust in our abilities and our great team of hard-working NEI employees. NEI provides the client service and responsiveness of a small firm with the experience and knowledge of a big firm. We are passionate about saving our clients money and finding innovative solutions to problems that they face.
