400 Belgrade Avenue

Building Permit Pulled for 400 Belgrade Project A building permit has been pulled by project architect Nunes Trabucco to begin work on the 400 Belgrade project in West Roxbury. The $1.8M permit calls for the demo of the former gas station on the site and then the construction of a new 4-story 18 unit building. An underground parking garage will also be built on-site with 33 resident vehicle spaces.

Interior Finishing Wrapping up For 76 Stonley Road Interior finishing is wrapping up for 76 Stonley Road in JP and a permit was recently pulled for the fire alarm install at the 4-story residential project. The building will include 28 apartments plus parking for 23 cars.

NPC Approved for The Cosmopolitan in the South End A notice of project change has been approved for The Cosmopolitan in Boston's South End. Under construction now, the project was originally approved to include 63 rental units however the change will adjust the unit mix to offer 12 condos and 51 rentals. Construction is expected to wrap up in the coming months with units available for pre-sale/lease now.

NPC Filed for The Cosmopolitan  A notice of project change has been filed for The Cosmpolitan in the South End. The project change requests the 63 units within the revamped historic building now be offered as condos instead of rentals per the approved plans. As part of the NPC, the development team has also As part of this change, the proponent has secured an additional five parking spaces in the adjacent James Court garage to bring the total number of parking spaces to 45; 25 owned [eventually by the condominium unit owners] and 20 leased long term for use by condominium owners on a rental basis.

Roslindale Development Financed for $7.88 Million The project at 317 Belgrade Avenue in Roslindale, MA has been financed via East Boston Savings Bank for $7.88 million. The development will feature 21 apartment residences and 5,980 square feet of ground-floor retail located next to the Bellevue MBTA commuter rail station. Residences at 317 Belgrade Avenue will include 3 one-bedrooms and 18 two-bedrooms. Three residences will be designated affordable.


50 Stedman Street

50 Stedman Street Secures $6.5 Million in Financing The multifamily project at 50 Stedman Street in Jamaica Plain has secured $6.5 million in financing via Dedham Savings Bank. The project will consist of a 31,000 square foot, 21 unit residential building in JP that would replace an existing single-story commercial building on the approximately 14,344 square feet project site. The three-story building would feature a mix of one and two bedroom units.

The new building will include 21 apartments along with 5,980 square feet of ground-floor retail located next to the Bellevue MBTA commuter rail station.


11-26 Heron Street

72 Unit Project Approved in West Roxbury The 72 unit project at 11-26 Heron Street in West Roxbury has been approved by the BPDA. The units will be split between two buildings located on both sides of Heron Street. Parking for 84 cars will also be included on site, 48 garage spaces and 36 in a surface parking lot.  


76 Stonley Road

Facade and Window Install Nearly Complete for 76 Stonley Road Facade and window install are nearly complete for the new 4-story building at 76 Stonley Road in Jamaica Plain. The project will include 28 apartments and parking for 23 cars. The development is located just a few minutes from the Forest Hills MBTA Station and several other projects under construction including Vita JP, The Residences at Forest Hills, and 45 Burnett.

Redevelopment of Historic South End Church Continues The redevelopment of the historic Immaculate Conception Church and adjacent Link Building in Boston's South End continues with signage bearing the new name of the project, The Cosmopolitan in place. The project, set to open this summer will feature 63 luxury rental residences. The buildings’ historic facades are being fully restored and preserved, and original details including arches and stained glass windows will be preserved within residences and integrated with modern finishes. 11-26 Heron Street

72 Unit Project in West Roxbury Under Official Review The proposed multi-family development at 11 - 26 Heron Street in West Roxbury is now under official review. The proposal calls for the construction of approximately seventy-two residential units between two multifamily buildings on both sides of Heron Street. The project would also include 57 interior garage parking spaces and 28 surface parking spaces. The residential units currently planned include 48 two-bedroom and 24 one-bedroom units.

Framing at Full Height and Window Install Nearly Complete at 76 Stonley Road in JP Framing to the 4th floor is complete and window install is also nearly done for the 28 unit apartment building at 76 Stonley Road in Jamaica Plain. The beginnings of the balconies are also starting to take shape. Units will range in size from 1 through 3 bedrooms and there will be 23 parking spaces available for residents. The project is located just a few blocks away from the Forest Hills MBTA station.
