Last Monday (August 29th, 2016), developers Thomas Broderick and Timothy Russell filed a Project Notification Form (PNF) with the Boston Redevelopment Authority (BRA) to construct 123 Hamilton Street, a new three-story residential building in Dorchester located just off of Bowdoin Street between Geneva Avenue and Hancock Street; the following is a link to the PNF. The building would contain 52 studio rental units that would be master leased to the Pine Street Inn, who in turn would lease 100% of units to chronically or formerly homeless individuals 55 years of age or older.
